Wynne Meyer is an experienced professional with a wide range of healthcare and corporate experience. She has worked for the past 12 years as a consultant in many different settings including mental health clinics, hospitals and universities. She worked for several years at a large tech firm as an on-site workplace consultant, initialing a mindfulness group in R&D and corporate headquarters. She developed many customized lunch and learns for staff.
For the past 6 years in her own business, she is working as an independent consultant and trainer to corporations in the Boston area. Building on partnerships with EAP’s and HR, she seeks to support individuals and workplaces through training and consultation. She has worked with diverse populations ranging from Spanish language inner city families to corporate professionals in law, finance and biotechnology fields.
Her passion is helping people through difficult times. At the core of her work is mindfulness and whole wellness which is a constant thread in her consultations, training, and work with individuals.
She received her BA in psychology and Spanish from Franklin and Marshall College and completed her MA in counseling psychology from Boston College.
Wynne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She is a certified employee assistance professional and was a former board member in MA/RI chapter of EAPA. She is a member of Institute for meditation and psychotherapy and attends regular lecture series on topics of mindfulness. Along with formal training in Cognitive behavioral therapy, her style is humanistic and building on relationships.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, taking classes and traveling the globe. As a runner and yogi, being active is central to her wellness journey.
