My experience in counseling psychology underpins all the work I do. In the relationships with clients across industry sectors, I’m always considering the interpersonal piece to the puzzle.  

I am a passionate leadership development consultant with demonstrated experience supporting organizations in training and development, delivery and coaching initiatives for over 20 years. My experience spans across industry sectors including Fortune 500, healthcare and bio-pharmaceuticals, not for profits, and higher education. 

I attended Franklin and Marshall College for my undergraduate studies and completed my masters in counseling psychology at Boston College. I hold a Massachusetts license in counseling (LMHC) and am a certified employee assistance professional (CEAP). I have a certificate in leadership coaching and enjoy using the DISC and strengths profile in my work. Driven by my love of learning, I take pride in delivering quality content and providing opportunity to have dialogue on sensitive issues.
